Hey man, If you are really interested in one of these there is a place not far from me that has a few for sale. I'm not sure if they are all Ford vans or not though.

As others have said, it clearly depends on the buyer. In general though, I'd say that one in a "preserved" state would be worth a significant premium, but one in a sorry state would be "salvage value". A custom-built vehicle that's rotting away is usually doing so at an accelerated pace - I'd guess this one falls into the category.

You must have not looked too hard
Let me google that for you

Centurion & Pathfinder both did tons of conversions on Fords. Centurion did a lot of pickup conversions or upgrades also.
Pathfinder did the 4x4 Ford vans conversions. Maybe other stuff not sure. I'm sure Brad will goggle it for me if needed. Ha Ha.
I love it Brad, you gave me a laugh today Thanks.

Check out this craigslist ad! Is this a custom job or did they really sell these? This blew my mind.
Here is the pic in case the ad gets deleted.
I bought this truck, the roof is all filler but I chipped it away and the cab is fine surprisingly. Although the rockers are gone the interior is intact, so I will be swapping the cab with a newer style roof from a 95' crew. Engine runs great when you disconnect the air cleaner, it was covered in dried mud.
