Okay here we go again. I just rebuilt the transmission on my96 f250 7.3L has new billet tq converter bully shift enhancer and new clutchesand steals I had an issue when I first built it where the tq converter would not lock up long story short I pinched the seal on input shaft removed tq converter replaced seal and it all seemed great took it out for about a 40 mile drive all was well the only thing I noticed was it ran a little warmer than normal at about 170 instead of the normal 150 it runs at verified with ir heat gun gage was accurate and about a 20 deg differencein the output and return line on side of transmission parked the truck for the night went out next morning backed down drive way I live on a hill so not Shure if reverse engaged or not got to bottom of hill hit gas nothing tried all gears nothing floored truck to just over 2000 rpm in drive it started to move drove back up the hill and parked it plugged in scanner no codes fluid level reads over full but when i was driving the day before i stopped and triple checked fluid level and it was correct level. if the trans pressure gauge reads 200 psi when you start the truck ,something has gone wrong on the rebuild ,??if you did not put a gauge on it at the first start up ,and monitor it during the first miles ,,you may want to consider installing one on the next overhaul ,buy the way do you have any pics of the trans rebuild ,?did you complettly disassemble the pump?what new parts were installed ?what pump is it E-9,f-5, 9-lobe? the 10 lobe pump ??what modulator valve did you use?did you up-grade the servo ?
