I would give them a call. Super helpfully, knowledgable, and nice on the phone. I had a issue with an oil cooler p/n. Their website has a few issues.
I see what you mean. The first # you have above shows a cover for a '07-8-9-10 E350 ($30) the second shows gears for a '08-9-10 E350 ($50) and the last # is an oil cooler gasket.
Through 09/03 the oil pump gear set (F250) is $521, if you look up a '04 it's like $490.
You will also need to have the front crank seal installer.
Yes that is that very $$ one. Almost forgot it the seal has
the ring installed your also going to need the remover.
I've replaced the water pump before so I've had the shroud and fan off to get to that point and didn't think it was too much work, so I guess it's not too much more work to get to the front cover ... but sheesh ... does it have to come to that
I was hoping the LPOP would be simply be behind the balancer. Remove that and there's the treasure. Couple of bolts, pull off the cover, pull out the gears, push in new gears, replace a gasket, cover back on and tighten to specs .... what was I thinking. I should have known better
I have the part number here..........SOMEWHERE
I look for it and post.
If I have seen it correctly you don't have to take the full cover off
just the smaller cover behind the balancer. Then you can get at the
pump and seals.

Well that's what I'm hoping. That cover and the inner and outer gear rings (gerator) costing almost $500 is a little tough to take.
I'm hoping they are the $100 parts and I just have it wrong. I'll visit the dealership parts dept tomorrow.
I found it.
CrankShaft Front Wear Sleeve Remover 303-762
They also list a seal remover but it's a simple thing
but here is the part number anyway
Oil Seal Remover 303-D060
All that it looks to be is a slide hammer with a screw tip.
Let me know if you need any more INFO I have the 06 6.0L workbook out.
Sean
NOTE : Why are you replacing it? I have the testing procedure here if you want it.

Reason: NOTE
Well I have a low oil pressure gauge 0-100 psi. When I start the truck up it climbs to about 80 and when I put the engine under load it pegs to 100. It'll wander around between 75 and max on the gauge until the engine gets running for a while. Then it settles down to the below teens, teens, 20's as driving dictates. It'll pop higher if I give it WOT when she's warmed up. I understand the regulator is supposed to govern the low oil pressure to 75psi.
I've swapped the gauge with my 0-100 fuel gauge and no difference. I have not swapped the sensor itself but it would be a bit of a pain to do.
I have swapped the regulator before in this write up I did back last June. https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...-write-up.html It didn't change how the low oil pressure is presenting.
I just got the truck back from new dieselsite billet HPOP, new heads and head gaskets, new oil cooler and new IPR and it's still doing it. The IPR screen was pushed in and the shop told me the oil screen was too. There's some thought about maybe that was due to the HPOP going out, who knows.
Right now so much older parts have been replaced that it's almost the bionic truck with new gear. By default it's almost a 2011-2012. I figured if I got to see those gears I might be able to put something to rest in my mind and have one more updated engine part on there while I seem to be on this engine work spree.
Although maybe that low oil pressure action is normal(?) I don't think there's a lot of tracked data on that value out there.
When you removed the LPOP regulator how did the piston look?
Also did you try and clean the bore? This data if for an 06 but it should be about the same.
Pressure minimum are
12 PSI @ 700 RPM
24 PSI @ 1200 RPM
45 PSI @ 1800 RPM
I am going to try to pull the gearotor clearance data out of the disk for you.
I'm obviously missing something here. Can someone help me out please? 2003 6.0L build date Feb 2003. Thanks.
Listed in orange are all you need to replace your LPOP but it sounds like it's working just fine. I've replaced mine twice just because it was cheap, I was already in there, and they USED to break because of high RPM's or lifter failure. All in all they are pretty doggone bulletproof and long lasting.
The parts in red are indeed a full front cover and not necessary unless your water pump trashes it.
Thanks Sean for helping with the manual info. Bismic had sent me the workshop manual for the international a while ago and I had forgotten I even had that, so I found some good info in there.
Partsman, thanks for clarifying that for me. I thought it must be something like that. The diagram didn't help their cause. The arrow for the $30 and the $500 parts were pointing to the same thing effectively.
