I have a 2010 f150 lariat with 33k miles, used to average 15-17 mpg all of a sudden it has dropped to 9-10. I keep oil changed regularly and air filter is new is there something I've missed with service on this thing???
I have noticed that the different blends of fuel from station to station cause my mileage to vary greatly. Perhaps you went to a different station, or perhaps the station you use changed their mix. Normally gas stations are switching from winter to summer blend about this time, and mileage gets better, not worse.
that kind of mileage would be on the poor side even running e85. unless you got a slug of really bad fuel, i doubt that its the cause. FWIW, i just put about 100 miles on my work truck today and averaged about 16mpg running e30. this included a measurable amount of idle time and some interstate at 70mph.
that being said, switching to a different brand of fuel is an easy thing to try, so i'd start with that.
best bet beyond that point is to find an ODBII scanner than can read pending codes. that would indicate a problem that has showed up but not turned on the CEL yet.
my 2004 F350 with the 5.4 does this EVER winter. i go from 12-12.4 all summer months to last weeks mpg of 8.3 mpg! I figured by now it would be back to normal since the past two weeks its been in the fifties here in NJ..........

My MPG also drops slightly in the cold weather. I attribute this to longer warm up times, sittin idle and occasional use of the 4 wheel drive.
I'd jack it up, rotate each wheel and make sure you aren't dragging a brake. I have to lube the slide pins on my 350 2X a year to keep them running free. Can rob some serious mileage left to their own devices, kinda like kids...
