A buddy of mine got a n '08 Jeep Rubicon so I decide we need to head to Brown's Camp to break in my new-to-me '96 Bronco......
Had a great time right up until I let my roommate drive my rig.......next thing I knew, he blew the right rear tire. And guess what dumb-*** went wheeling without a spare?? So we get the tire off and I decide to stay with my rig. Off they go......back to PDX at 5PM on a Sunday evening to get it fixed.
They return at 8PM without the tire (they patched the hole but another, larger hole appeared).....now I need a new tire. And now the left rear has gone flat as well.
So I'm thinking.....aside from no spare (lesson learned)......it was a success??
ive been up to browns camp a number of times. sounds like you learned many lessons on this trip. the key is not repeating them in the future and that includes having your friend drive your rig.
