Whilst bonding with my '96 Bronco, I noticed a valve stem on the right side of my license plate/bumper area........I'm having some wandering issues (which very well could be attributed to the 33's it came with)........where can I find specs on this??
yea we need pics. the wandering issues tends to be from the TTB front end needing some much needed attention. starting with a good alignment will help out a bunch. this will identify bad ball joints, tie rods etc.. radius arm bushings and axle pivot bushings may also need replaced.
after all of this is confirmed in proper working order and wandering continues a new replacement Red-Head steering box and tierod flip will complete the improvments but not till the above mentioned is in order.
I had my whole TTB rebuilt not 6 months ago, at its still pulling. I'm thinking it may be calipers at this point. The rebuilt on mine was quite expensive. I didnt have the time or patience to do it myself. Just food for thought
Looks like Ford offered the double shock front end as an option.....along w/rear air shocks. I've also got the HD tranny.
The death wobble is gone......my friend blew both of my rear tires mudding yesterday. I replaced all 4 w/the correct size and it handles beautifully........I can do 70 without taking out extra life insurance........
