Shocks a shocking topic

I own a 1975 f250 highboy id like to upgrade my shocks but how do i figure out wat size to replace them with any help would be great thanks guys

I think you'd have better luck in the section for that year of truck, unless you meant 75?

I'd like to know too, because when you add lift what and how do you measure?

Yes i ment 75 my Bad its a stock highboy what's anyone's views on king shocks?

I'm kinda in the same boat. I'm wanting to get 42s and ill need to know how to measure them. Or we could just move the mounts

I was asking a question along these lines today. I went to a local jeep shop and they sell the explorer pro comp 690001 adapter mounts to change the stem style shocks to eyelet style. Just makes your choices a little easier and a lot of those shocks will give you a lift range for your vehicle that they will fit.
