Hey thom, is that a Denali 326 QB? I think we have the same exact camper. Rear master bed and front bunks? We absolutely love ours.
Yes it is, I actually post we had the same camper when you posted your thread about buying yours. I think the only differance might be in the dining area, I have a table & 4 chairs. I think you have a booth if I recall. I have close to 7K miles on it now.
As I was reading the first post and before getting any lower I was thinking "I wonder if he has a Lockpick?" BINGO, then I read it!!
Mine started acting up in Oct. while I was on a trip to CA to the point that it messed with CAN-BUS and my truck wouldn't shut off until I disconnected the lockpick and radio. I took the lockpick out in the parking lot and have not messed with it since because I have been gone most of the time. I bought the lockpick in Aug/Sept, so I have some time left to get it replaced when I get home.
I received my replacement lockpick this week and installed it today. So far all the issues are gone.
The can-bus in these trucks links into everything! My wife told me she tried to dim the instrument panel lights and the radio went dead. That too is fixed by the replacement lockpick.
When I was talking to Coastaletech's tech service, he told me the issue with one batch of lockpicks is one digit of code in one line that causes a memery alocation error.
So if Ya'll have strange electrical issues with your truck after installing a lockpick, contact the Coastetech support, you might have a bad lockpick. But the good news is the will replace it for free (and pay return shipping for defective unit!). Great customer service at this company.

Thanks for the update! Good to hear about quality customer service.
Glad I read this post. I took he lockpick out a few months ago and figured I was SOL. Calling today to hopefully get the unit replaced.
They have very good customer support. I hate to say it but I have had a few replaced on my current truck for different reasons and they are always very helpful.
