what lift

well i thought i had a 4" duff lift on my 72. well i find out the rear springs are deaver springs and there 4.5". the front says duff but i cant find anything on duff making a 4.5" lift for the front. what is the easy way to find out just what lift i have. im sitting on 31" right now. also though the radius arms were duff but now i just think who ever put the lift on just cleaned them up and painted them. they also cleaned the frame in the front and rear and painted. looks like they did a good job of installation. my bronco sits level but would still like to know if i have a 4.5" or 3.5". any one have a 3.5" with 31" could give me the measurment from the ground to the bottom of the rocker panel, that would help.
