At a loss.

I cant seem to figure this problem out and im tired of throwing parts at it. I just recently read on someone elses thread where they were talking about the o rings going bad in the ipr. This sounds like exacly what is hapening to me. Truck runs fine until the temp comes up then it idles real rough and it will idle up and down at times. I have efuel, a new cps, a new icp sensor and new valve cover harneses, all in vein. I have heard some talk about ipr and seems to me to be something along those lines. I may be way off but I would think if it was wiring or electrical it would do it all the time. Even when it is warm it is still sporadic. Any help on what else it might be would be appreciated.

Ipr o rings is a possibility if it runs rough after it gets up to temp.

FWIW when my IPR o rings went bad it wouldn't run when I came to temp. Do you have access to a scanner to get these guys some live data?

I'll see if I can get a member that knows more about what to look for on the live data.

You need to watch IPR % and ICP psi. and see if the are jumping up an down with the idle.

Have you pulled the IPR and checked the orings ?

I haven't yet. I just heard about it yesterday on the forum. What exactly am i looking for and if its the case can I just replace the o rings or do I have to do the whole ipr.
