Gathering up the parts to do a disc brake conversion on my new 65 F100 project. Can anyone tell me if the spindles from an 81 E150 van fit the 65 I-Beams ?

Econoline parts will not work. You need the disc brakes from a 1973/79 F100 2WD, or 1975/79 F150 2WD.
It's best to get everything from one truck, then record what the parts came from, so...down the road, if you need something, you'll know what to look for.
Buying parts piece meal is not the way to do it. You have to trust the sellers as to what you're buying (a BAD idea) and most likely, you will not get all the parts.
I agree with Bill, Buy a donor truck with the engine like yours and tranny that you have or wish to upgrade to. You will have everything for power steering and disc brake upgrade. Swap the complete donor I-beam set, it's all bolt up.
I already have a Bendix power steering box with all the brackets and pump. I was just wondering on the spindles because a friend of mine that has a wrecking yard just happens to have 2 complete vans sitting there right now. I'll just wait till he drags in the right year F100 / 150.
Just wait till you need parts for that Bendix P/S box, all are obsolete. The master seal kit (C6TZ-3E500-A) can be found NOS (51 available), expect to pay at least 165 bucks, its last MSRP
After that, you're about SOL cuz next to no other parts are available.
