E-150 make good donor??

Picked up a 76 e-150 for the 300-6 I plan on using it in a 67 f-150, now I am wondering if the disc brake I-beams would be a bolt on. Maybe even the power steering. I am sure there is a conversion guru here that has done it. I have converted a 66 from newer trucks but am not familiar with econoline differences. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

I think there was a thread not to long ago about using a e series as a donor if I remember correctly it is more trouble then its worth you may be better off finding a f series truck instead but the motor is usable I think the trouble is in the disc brake setup and I beams someone correct me if I'm wrong on my information

Econolines use a different P/S pump, P/S gearbox and related parts than F100/350's.

Econolines use different brake and suspension parts than F100/350's

Econolines use different motor mounts (steel supports/rubber insulators) than F100/350's.

What is needed to make this swap is a 1973/79 F100 2WD or 1975/79 F150 2WD.

Buy the whole truck, then you can get everything off it necessary, and sell what remains to recoup your money.

Note: 1973/79 F100 2WD: Manual disc brakes were standard equipment, power disc brakes were optional.

The Econolines had the steering in front of the axle, the pre-79 2wd trucks had the steering behind the axle, so no it won't work.
The engine is usable but you will need a different oil pan as the vans used a rear sump while the trucks used a mid sump.

1989 Econoline 150 Parts??

If this thread exist elsewhere please post, newbie, this site has been a ton of help, so thank you.
My question is exactly what can i use from the 1989 E150 on my 1978 F150 4x4? I had thought the coils and leafs and shocks might be interchangeable.
