dear home depot: why do you put the entry door at one end of the store, and the exit 1/3 mile away at the other end of the store?
there is a reason people go to lowes and not home depot. they do not have to walk 1/2 mile to get in and out of the store. lowes puts the entry and exit doors next to each other.
My local Home Depot has two doors on each end of the store, both entry and exit doors. The middle doors are exit only.
Dear whoever makes the autoflush toilets, (not the urinals, those are usually OK)
Why, and why no override? These things do not always work out well.

Dear lonely drivers,
Why do you feel a need to bunch up in both lanes on the freeway? Are you really that starved for companionship? Often I would like to go a bit faster, but you stubbornly stay side by side, preventing anyone from going through your group.

As for Home Depot, in our area(2 different HDs), you can go in and out of the exit, so that's where we usually park. The entrance is a long ways away for no good reason that I can see.
Dear Oklahomans, believe it or not, you CAN turn right on red. Unless there is a posted sign saying no turn on red, you can turn on red. Sigh. Why do they sit until the light turns green, even when absolutely no cross traffic is coming through? Who taught these people how to drive?
just thought of another one.
Dear JB HUNT driver. Green traffic light means go, RED traffic light means stop.
not the other way around.
i actually saw this yesterday.
pulling up to an intersection, and the light turned green. JB HUNT stopped, and sat there till it turned red. then put it in gear and drove through the red light, almost running over 2 pedestrians trying to cross the street in a crosswalk.

They don't want to mess up the cruise control setting. I don't change my speed just because someone is behind me by but I might change lanes, and the cruise setting stays the same though.

Sure you weren't following a Schneider or Swift driver? Good gravy get outta the way!
I'm glad to see the Wal-Mart haters starting to emerge----here I thought I was one of the few living unafraid to bash those friggin' crooks!
On the topic of automatic things like toilets etc----almost none of them EVERY work as designed or promised. Once they break a few times most change back to hand operated stuff----I'd start out like that, save the aggravation!

Even the manual ones can "break" if there is hard water in the area - I don't know how many times I've had to re-seat flush valves because of hard water deposits. The manual ones are fairly easy to re-seat but, I've never tried on an automatic one.
That, and people who drive in the number 1 lane at the same speed as other traffic, or slower, are my biggest pet peeves. It's totally inconsiderate and just plain selfish and is a direct cause of road rage.
On a 6 lane divided hi-way where the speed limit is 70 and a motorist is doing 75 in the far left lane, should they move to the middle lane if someone comes up behind them doing 80?
