2000 7.3 Running rough

I have a 2000 F250 7.3lt Standard trans that has started to run terrible. Idles rough drives rough hard to crank. replaced fuel filter and nothing. ford place cant figure out what is wrong. Any ideas?

Did they pull any codes?

Unplug (leave unplugged) the ICP and see if it will run better. When you unplug it, is it full of oil that is leaking into the plug area?

Check the tin nut on the IPR to make sure that it is not loose.

There are filters in the fuel tank that may be clogged up. Is the fuel bowl filling up alright when the fuel pump comes on?
