One last Vacuum / EGR system part (help)

First off, you guys are AWESOME, without you guys I wouldn't be so close to firing up my 77 F150 and being able to drive a classic.

Alright, so the last part I need (for now lol) is this part...
Front

Back

The numbers etched onto the front are D5DE B1A and below that 14-1 (I think this is a PARTIAL engineering number)

And then on the back, next to the top port is the letter A on the middle port the letter R and on the bottom port the letter O

once again, thanks for your time, and you guys are awesome! once i get all the parts together and finish cleaning up the engine I will record the first start and post it here

Engineering # D5DE-B1A crosses to Amplifier assy, EGR vacuum P/N D5DZ-9E451-B
Unfortunately no dealer or obsolete supplier has one.
Wow! Those little things are expensive! I was going to say that one of those listed by wilcam would probably work but ......

You don't have to have that vacuum amplifier for you egr valve to work. Just rout a hose from a ported vacuum source to the egr. Most GM vehicles from the 70's were done this way. The vacuum amplifier was just a way of controlling the vacuum to the egr. You must use ported vacuum, manifold vacuum will open the egr at idle and most likely kill your engine. You may need one of those small delay valves if you feel the engine starting to miss in midrange cruise. I have been running my truck here in California for years with this setup and it always passes smog checks.
