My last sample took 2 weeks to get there from Waco, TX. Sending it US mail is just slow IMO. The last time I took the sample to the PO I had to show the letter that it is not a combustable substance. Once they get it, it only took a day or two before I received an email with the results and about a week for the paper result. Emails? Usually they are very prompt has been my experience. You email and within 24 hours a response.

If you have sent before then go online to your profile and see if it is there. Two weeks for the report is in the ballpark by snail mail standards.

I've averaged between two weeks to a month. Once the CC or check is processed, it's usually within 48 hours.

I send mine in via UPS ground. I get results within 1 week of sending. Usually with 48 hours of them receiving.

I recommend buying the pre-paid 6 packs to save a few bucks. They may save time as well being pre-paid. Two weeks seems to be the norm for my samples.
