So I noticed the driver rear tire is 1 inch away from the bed and the passenger rear tires 2 inches away from the bed so I'm guessing the rear axles not centered. Any suggestions

If it were me I would redo the axle perchs or what ever you have for suspension and make it right. The not so right way is to put a 1" wheel spacer in till you make it right at a later date.
Just for grins make sure your rims are exacly the same on the back with the same offset. Good luck

Reason: just a thought
Found a couple pics of your truck and looking at your rear suspension had me do a double take...is that 4 shocks on it? Or am I getting so old that I need to update my bifocals. Nice looking project too by the way.
You're probably thinking that the 4 link that's wrapped in plastic is a shock. It has a screwed up 4 link and gas shocks with leaf springs in the rear. Not sure what the PO was smoking.... I put a heidts crossmember on the front couple weeks ago. I started a build thread last week. Do you think that the PO made the rear axle a little off to line up with the motor?
Well last time I seen something like that was on my buddys truck, I cant remember what he got it out of but out of a Chevrolet division wether a buick or what not. But its sort of a 4 link set up and if you look at the leaf spring purch it would look like that there is a hing on it so that the pinion will stay level with the tail shaft of the tranny through the up and down travel of the suspension. I dont know from what I see is what you have but look at the perch and if it hinges that is what you have.
I could not tell you what the PO had in mind but if this suspension is what I discribe it not really the PO design but manufacture.
If those are white shocks they were probably arms originally like my friends. Shocks should not be there.
Are you talking about the 4 link setup or the axle being not centered?

Just throwing a few other possibilities out for the heck of it.
1.Could also be you have two rims in the rear with different backspacing.
2. Tire size widths different.
3. Rear bed misaligned.
Not totally related, but funny in any case, I recently purchased a used zero turn mower. After some initial repairs to get it running, I was a little concerned that I'd have to replace a hydraulic motor since I drove in circles. After initially thinking the problem was different tire type/wear, I than went and purchased two new tires. Now I was all set, right? Both tires were exactly the same size...wrong, I had two different width wheels so I still had a difference in hight, so I was still going in circles. I haven't fixed the problem yet, but I used a hand ruler, and deflated one tire until I had the same height, now at least I don't go in circles, but I need to get a new rim before I ruin my tire.
Take both rear tires off and measure mounting face to the frame on both side and check the difference. Between the two. That will tell you if your axele is centered. If they are the same then look at the bed . I am at work right now so i will check back tomorrow to see what you find.
