I did PB plaster and still had problems.
Broke the two top bolts on the manifold side. they one was froze that really got me frustrated. thought I was going to have to pull the manifold.
turned out to be a two day job cause I was starting to reach for the big hammer. but alas I did not. one would think having a van this would have been easy. ok the install will.
I even went with Orange VHT for the heck of it. its not like anyone is going to see them. (and I used to own a KTM lol) was gonna go blue to match my plenum boots since those are the only boots I have, but no body is gonna be able to see those either
??? did anybody paint on the bellowed part?? I would think that it would break off cause that is a moving part with hot and cold cycles. and I sure as hell wans't going to sand between the ribs to scuff the metal. lol
