99 f350 ps

So I have a 99 f350 7.3 ps and I'm thinking of getting a newer truck but the problem is I'm not sure about the 6.0 or the 6.4 and I can't afford a 6.7.

Does anybody have any suggestions or thoughts

If I had to buy a new truck it would be a 6.0. Once you get them squared away they are great motors. And they get great mileage!

Don't discount the V10 as a possible choice. If I had to exchange either of my 7.3s for newer trucks the V10 would be my first choice over the 6.0 or 6.4 diesels. The V10 and 6.4 seem to get the same fuel mileage as best as I can tell....just food for thought.

If I HAD to have a diesel and a 7.3 wasn't available....I'd have to look at the 5.9 Cummins HO from the '06 or '07 model years. Hate to say it but it's true.
