found it and unplugged the heater and its still clicking at the relay

Have you tried swapping that relay with another one? Are the batteries low on charge again? What is the system voltage when you turn the key on?

batteries seem to still be up i dont have a voltage meter to find out i have replaced it with others to see if it would stop and it just jeeps doing it i ordered a new cod reader after you and i got talking about that yesterday got a auto enginuity a little pricey but atleast it will work ill see what it is a soon as i get it its suposed to be here the 5th so ill update you soon as i get the tool on the truck

Take the IDM out and shake it. It may have water in it. It's a common problem with these trucks.

i would try that but i had allready taken it out and swapped it out with another one that i had had and it still is doing the same thing

Put a load on the batteries such as turning the lights ON when the IDM relay is clicking and see it it stops.

Well you guys are sure to like this I went out and charged the (batteries and put a load on the truck by turning on the lights to see if the load would stop the clicking like the other person suggested And it was like the starter was trying to engage its like the truck is on the fritz has anyone ever seen this before or am I like the only person with at retarded truck.

So when you charged the batteries and turned the headlights on the starter tried to crank without you turning the key?

Well the key was turned over to the run position where the wait to start light activates

Try unhooking all the leads from the starter solenoid (careful-- at least one of them is energized).

Your ABS Light is flashing a problem code. The number of flashes id the code number. However it should not be in the test mode unless you disconnected the test lead and grounded it.
