ok well after letting the batteries charg all day and some either finally got the thing to start and here is a video of it but i am getting a check engine light but when i turn the key over i dont get the check engine light it only comes on while its running i will get the code reader out tomorrow
It sounds pretty good to me! It is taking longer to start than it should be, but that could be something as simple as there being some air in the HPO system. The CEL is something I would look into as well. You may have a sensor that needs to be replaced or something that was left unplugged somewhere.
Have you used your code reader on a PSD before? The only reason I ask is that if you haven't and it is a cheapie, it may not work. You have to have a fairly high-end coder reader to pull codes from these trucks since they're not fully OBD-II compliant.
Just curious, but what's up with the flashing ABS and Battery lights? I've never seen one do that. Any time those lights come on in my truck they just light and stay lit. The battery light I guess could be a loose connection at the alternator, but I've not seen the ABS light flash that I can recall.
The ABS light has been flashing ever sence i hall my buddies dozer and his trailer wiring is screwed all up and maybe fried the ABS module that ws my thought and i dont think the alternator was tighned all the way down. now i have Autel AutoLink Professinal OBD 2 Scanner AL510 seems to be a nice scanner payed 120 for maybe its not a good for psd. What kind of scanner do you use
I'm not too familair with that scanner. I guess we will see if it works. Many either don't communicate with the PCM or some even stall the truck when you try to connect them. I don't personally have a scanner for mine, but many of the guys here use either an Aeroforce Interceptor scangauge or Auto Enginuity (PC based software). It's really too bad that someone doesn't make a more economical scanner for these trucks. I'm curious to hear whether yours will pull the codes and if so what you get.
If the CEL is coming on as soon as you start the truck, I would check all the connections to the ICP, IPR and MAP sensors. Just make sure all the engine harness connections are good and tight.

And maybe IAT sensor as that would easily be overlooked.
well i went out to go start it and relay number 2 and that is the IDM relay is clicking and is giving me a CEL and the clicking as soon as i turn the key
