Hi guys. This is just my second post here, aside from the introduction thread. I will admit I am an information leach, and am here to learn. I bought a 1985 F150 300 6 4X4 a week ago.

I will certainly have a lot of questions on how to do things, and so far have skimmed 130 pages of the bullnose forum.

I'm waiting for better weather here in NW Montana before doing any major work, but wanted to start doing a little bit to make this pick up a bit more user friendly for me.

Years ago, I broke my back in a logging accident, and it is already pretty clear to me that the bench seat will not be the best thing for longer trips.

What I am wondering about, are there any type of bucket seats I could install in the truck with not too many problems? I know they would be of great benefit to me.

Do a search for Bronco buckets.There should be some pictures of my '84 with '86 seats and console. Very easy replacement..jv..

 

All these trucks were basically the same up to 1996, so if a certain year has a seat that you like, it should bolt right in.
