Hi im installing a 2in mini spring pack on the front of my 01', its all done except getting the track bar hooked back i was wondering if anybody had any thoughts on the easiest way to do this? Im still using the stock track bar because from reading on here i didnt think i would need to buy an adjustable one for just 2inches.
I used an adjustable track bar when I did mine, and it worked great. I think a lot of people use a drop bracket to hook it back up. If you hook it back up without one of those, you will have a VERY hard time getting it to bolt up. Plus it WILL pull your entire front end over to the drivers side somewhat. Do yourself a favor and spend just a little more money.

so are you saying when i install my 3 inch leveling kit that comes with the spacers, as long as i install a adjustable track bar i wont have to use the spacers for the drop the bracket?

Yes , you won't need both. Use an adjustable track bar, or a drop down bracket.
I'm not familiar with the mini spring pack you refer to, but I changed the front springs on my Excursion and never unbolted the track bar. Why did this require its removal?
My V-code springs did raise the front between 1-2", and it took a bit of work to get the spring packs to line up on the axle. This is a common mod for those of us with Excursions though, and I don't think I've heard of anyone messing with the track bar for such a minor change in ride height.
