TRACK BAR EXTENSION
Does a 2.5 inch leveling kit need a track bar extension, some shop dude told me the BDS kit didn't have one? Also why is there a track bar on a leaf spring front end? Owned plenty of rigs with leaf fronts and no track bar.

I also asked the same question and did not get much of an answer. However I believe that the 2 inch lift is not enough to make a big difference in the track bar angle, so no ajustment is needed. 
At least that the best thing I could come up with. Hope this helps some, hopefully someone that knows what they are talking will responed to this.

TRACK BAR EXTENSION
Hey everybody...WHASSSSS-UUPPPPPPPP. I made my own lift kit about 2 1/2 inches or so and did'nt relocate the track bar, but I could tell it it needed to be a bit longer or the bracket dropped down to ease the tension. I just don't like the idea of a dropped bracket as it adds more leverage to the mounting point on the frame, so I went shopping. I found an adjustable track bar from Fab-Tec for around $140 bucks, to me that is the best solution. Just my opinion. See Ya. 2k1 250 SD SB EC 4x4 5.4 4:10 LS
