Feedback carb 10btdc
You know I thought how could it be the dizzy..it looks so simple..but then remembered cardone sells re man dizzys to so that tells me they can fail. I hope so as I have no other way to go as far as I can see.
I pulled dizzy today and am getting a replacement from Napa. Was told it would not be in a box..thats funny. Why would they ship without box ? Perhaps Im getting a re man ? At first was a little pissed but think about it..if it was faulty and sent in for repair perhaps I have a better chance of getting a working unit. Will see..if in fact its the problem at all.
Unless I bought the wrong dizzy in the first place ?

Reinstalled old dizzy and have a little problem. Van starts and runs fine but
The first revolution while starting it seems to struggle a bit . Will still start first time every time but just a small hesitation as if there a strain on the starter as if its a high compression motor.
Also a very tiny miss while running .. cannot notice it driveing only outside and listening to exuast. Very minor mind you.
As I understand theres no such thing as being a tooth off on dizzy as adjustments can be made on a normal dizzy.
But with the feedback system I dont have this option as timing cannot be adjusted by spinning dizzy. Is it possible one tooth off can be a problem in my situatiion.?
If im in the ballpark here would you try to turn one tooth clockwise or counterclockwise ?
Thanks all
