power steering pump pulley

Hope someone can help me out...I have a 92 f-150 5.8 with a/c . Replaced power steering pump & pulley...getting a LOUD squeal now...someone said its probably a serpentine belt tensioner...replaced idler pulley belt tensioner assembly...LOUDER squeal....power steering pump pulley was a b*tch to put on
...also pulled on pspp & some play turn s hard too...compressor pulley spins free cant tell where the nosie is coming from?
