Leak in engine block

On my to work this morning my temp guage on my 2002 F250 7.3 PSD started to go up a bit. When I got to work I checked the digas bottle and it was down a bit. I started it up and noticed a pin hole leak coming from the front of the block just to the left of the water pump. Does anyone have a way to fix/plug this.

Please help.

Can't see the photo. Wow is it rust related? Porosity?

the front cover may be eaten away from an ill maintained cooling system. Are you running Green coolant, and if so have you been using the ford coolant addtive?

Leak in engine block

I have a 50/50 mixture of distilled water and Zerex coolant.
Is it possible to replace just the front cover? If so how much of a job is that?

Thanks for any help.

You can't link to pictures that are in your Gmail account. That doesn't work.
