No there should be rubber mounts that bolt to the engine and then they bolt to the engine perches. The engine perches bolt to the frame. You dont need to unbolt them.
When I pulled my current 360FE out of a 1974 F100 4x4, I left the perches on the frame and just unbolted the single nut from the stud that goes from the (rubber) engine mount to the perch.
X2 what AK said. Two nuts and it's loose. Are you pulling engine with transmission. If so will need to unbolt trans from crossmember, then lift trans a little and move crossmember.
