Door hinge pins?

Door hinge pins?

I have the replacement pins cuz my door sags but am confused at to the best way to go about this. Anyone done this before? Whats going to be the fastest way for me to get these pins in and the old ones out!

can you change them one at a time? Doors are pretty heavy for a one person job...but it can be done..

I used a dremmel tool to cut the old pin and a chisel/punch on the old bushings. I used a 5 gal bucket and some towels underneath the door to hold it up. The challenge was getting the new bushings in.

door hanging method

On some older cars back in the day I would tie some rope from the top of the door to the rafters to help hold the door up.
