Crossroads Cruiser
I am looking at a Crossroads Cruiser 5th wheel. 2006 model CF28RL. I don't have any experience with Crossroads campers, and I don't know anyone who has one. You guys have been a wealth of info on other topics. Any words of wisdom? Is this a reputable builder?

I have always liked the Crossroads campers and have not heard anything bad about them. Pretty much all the manufactures use the same appliances and electrical. So I would say if you like the unit and it looks well cared for to go for it..

It was cared for, and well used and well travelled. I am actually impressed as to how well it has held up given how much travel the owners said they have done with it. It isn't mint, there are some character bumps and bruises, but they all look cosmetic and fixable.
Each brand has their quirks. I am just wondering what Crossroads' quirks are.

I will echo that all the applicances are basically the same. Be sure to check the maintance on the unit..I would be checking wheel bearing and brakes..If it is pretty well traveled it at least will need the bearing packed.
Check the tires as well. Make sure they are the correct and serviceable ones for the trailer.
