The injectors are new. Bought them on ebay about a year ago. It came with Wiring harness, GP'S and injectors. Spent about $1500.00. Haven't watched the flow on them though. I will do it if it will help. I will wear a backless chicken suit if it would help me get it back running right.
It will start fine if it is plugged up. even if it is 70 outside it has to be plugged up. Glow plug relay working. It has no power and feels like it is missing. No change in driving, plugged or unplugged. Will buzz test it as soon as i can find someone to do.
Well that didn't work. New icp. It is still throwing 1316,1209,1211 and 1690. I know the 1690 is a wastegate but from reading in the forum, it sounds like changing it is not a sure fire fix. Need some help.
I took one valve cover gasket off and replaced it with the old one. No change. Ohmed out both UVC harnesses and got 3.3 and 3.4 on all the injector pins. I am starting to think some of the new injectors are not working or not working properly but I am only guessing at this point. Shouldn't have bought from Ebay. I assume I will have to buzz test it to check the injectors. What will the test tell me if the UVC harness is good?

I ran many buzz tests with bad UVCH and had no idea. When I pulled my pass side valve cover you could smell burnt plastic from the center pin. To answer your earlier question AE with the enhanced ford bundle will let you buzz test as well as KOER, KOEO, and other tests. More important, it will let you view live data from your sensors so you can narrow things down. It is waaaay cheaper than one session of "throwing parts". Another thing to consider is the ICP pigtail. I had to replace mine after buying in to the 10K mod before I bought my DP. I ruined the connector end by putting that stupid resistor in there. It was something like 30 bucks from the stealership. If those receptacles get wallowed out you'll get all kinds of erratic feedback to the PCM.
Now your freaking me out. I thought the same thing but the truck does have about 500,000 on it and it seems to be the original. I have had it since about 150,000. I pulled the tank nd cleaned the screen. Cleaned out the lines at the filter and then took turns praying over it and cussing it. They told me $550 for the pump and $350 to install. Got to do something. I couldn't go to a house fire yesterday and that is a hard pill to swallow. Should have it back in a few days. Will let you know. Thanks again. Words just don't do it justice.
I dunno... I've been seeing HPOP replacement help a lot of people lately, and I'm one of 'em. My AE data verified that the HPOP solved my problem, so I know how to spot a bad one now.
