So far my Google search says it's a 60-63 Falcon/Ranchero ring. "C0" is 1960, but it also fits...as Bill sez:
Same horn ring used with same 3 spoke steering wheels: 1960/63 Falcon/Comet / 1961/66 F100/250 2WD / 1966 F100 4WD / 1967/70 F100/250 2WD/4WD & F350.
The same 3 spoke steering wheels were also used on 1966/73 Bronco's, but the Bronco horn ring is different.
There are different center emblems, Falcon is unique as is Comet. This horn ring is from 1967, as it has the Ford oval emblem. 1961/66 trucks had the gear/lightning bolt emblem.
1968: Ford obsoleted the 1960/67 horn ring, replaced it with the 1968 (1968/70) horn ring that was painted light argent to reduce glare, but kept the same fracatta part number!
There is no chrome under the argent paint! I bought one a these new rings in 1968, began to strip off the paint, quickly found out there was base metal underneath.
Note: Be aware that the coil spring that fits on the outside of the steering wheel is different: horn ring (CODZ-13A807-B) vs horn button (CODF-13A807-B).
Carpenter has repro'd the 3 spoke wheel, but it's only available in black. Originally, this wheel was also available in white (1960/66), 1964/70 (1971/73 Bronco) in blue/green/red/tan.
