I definitely think the level of enjoyment is raised if you can keep your truck running between things that you do to it. I constantly see projects that have been torn all the way down and lay around in garages for years before the owners finally give up and sell. It's hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel when you have some many things to attend to before you can even think about driving again.
