Belt??
I put a overdrive pulley on a 3g alternator. Now my belt is slipping at high rpms. what can i do to tight up the belt alittle. I put a 1.9" pulley on it.

Shim up the alternator all three bolts with washers or fabricate a plate which would make it easier to remount the alternator. You'll have to experiment with the thickness but with the ease of R&R with the alternator wont be as much of a pain as it could be with another motor. At least that is what I would do...

Add 1/2" or 9/16" spacers under the alternator
