Electrical Issues/Regen
Just thought would post this because it is unusual.
Left my truck at the airport,and they needed the key,to move it.
Have a feeling they did not close the drivers door properly.
Here is what happened next.The back light stayed on,draining the batteries.
Then the outside lights came on,further draining the batteries,then they froze,due to the minus thirty one weather.
Got off the plane,called a tow truck,got a boost,no luck,towed to ford dealer.
At this point,the ignition stayed on,after the key was shut off,the outside running lights stayed on,The computer showed a fault in trailer wiring,the check engine light was on.
Ford replaced the batteries and did some trouble shooting.
Picked the vehicle up,they had disconnected the batteries.In order to start,had to turn key on and reconnect batteries,so the anti theft would not turn on.
