Sure why not.
You may also want to get some new adjustable camber bushings so that afterwards you can get the truck realigned. If the alignment shop does it you'll spend 2x what it should really cost.
I'd go with those instead of a block. You may want new ubolts depending on if you need to use heat to get yours undone.

If you're sagging more on one side then the other, this may help lift it up, but not completely cure the problem of being lobed-sided.
You may need to just get two sets of new springs. Sorry
