Your truck however has coils and would use a kit probably similar to the one shown here http://www.tuffcountry.com/suspension_ford_SD05.html (which I do not see any type of leveling/adjustment 'cam' included).
One other piece of advice I'd like to pass on. These 'Leveling Kits' are set up to level the geometry of the worst case scenario wheelbase (i.e. long box, crew cab). If your truck happens to be like mine, short box, SC, then you may need to adjust the rear suspension to compensate (add-a-leaf, re-arc the springs, or lift block) or your truck will be going down the road with a 'nose up' attitude.
EDIT: I'm assuming your truck is a 4X4.

These cams really do work; however, alignment shops charge between 50-100 bones to install. I would buy mine from a distributor or auto parts store and have them intall it. It does not take long to install.
