I have cleaned it but the EBP keeps throwing codes under high boost conditions, if i really accelerate hard it usually throws a few codes that go away after a few startups or when i clear them off, as far as the injectors go, according to swamps the split shot injectors dont require special tuning and work just fine with the stock ford fuel tables which is part of the reason why i chose them instead of the single shots which required a 450 dollar tuner to make them run right
idle egt is around 275 and boost under half throttle is around 7psi and full throttle 13-14psi, with EGts in the 1100-1200 range, with water meth injection the egts rarely go over 1000 under full or half throttle, cruising on highway at 65-70 the psi is about 3-4 on flat runs
Sorry we posted about the same time. 13-14 is low considering your setup. I'd look into boost leaks and at the up pipes. Getting boost up will help burn all the fuel you're pumping in too.
P0478= exhaust pressure control valve high input
P0470= exhaust pressure sensor error
forget the number = exhaust pressure circuit error
regarding the boost pressures, what should i be seeing at cruising and half and full throttle? I am getting ready to rebuild the whole system with all new boots, tclamps, new seals for he turbo and new turbine
Full throttle you should easily be in the 20's on a stock setup, with upgraded injectors maybe a little higher depending. Under cruising all depends on how heavy your foot is.

NO! With stock tuning at wot the most I've ever heard of is 19... Easily 20... I call BS!!
You must have a pretty impressive boost leak running a tuned truck and seeing those low boost numbers... Find it fix it and see how much power improves...
Cruising 65ish mph flat land empty you should be around 600ish on the egt and between 3-6 on the boost

I think he meant stock "setup" turbo wise with a tuned truck. I can easily see 24, 26 if I push it at WOT depending on my tune. I concur, about 3-6 cruising at 65.

Interesting. My first step would be clean sensor and tube, but you may need a new sensor. Only way to know for sure would be to check the readings with a scantool like AE
Absolute flat road with no wind and CC set to 65 MPH: 4PSI boost over here. Stock sticks and turbo with a 60HP tune gave me 30 PSI boost max (at the turbo, not the MAP line). The last link in my signature will give some help.
Fresh air filter?
Cat?
Soot anywhere under the hood? Anywhere at all?
Hissing under the hood?
EBP sensor is suspect, but a clogged exhaust would do the same.
My best MPG mods? AE and fix everything that's not right. Can your tuner look at EBP and MAP readings with the key on, and engine off?
