Strange "knock"

Strange "knock"
Got my truck back from a bulletproofing on Tuesday. I noticed the next day there seem to be a knock when I turned the wheels to the left and went over a bump or dip in the road. (making a left turn). The knock is akin to taking your fist and knocking on a wooden door. It feels like it is in the suspension, but I have no idea. Trying to figure out is it something with the head job, or is it something totally different, and if so, what?
