My EGR and oil cooler went out and I replaced both along with the radiator. Since my check engine light went off twice and both times I replace the EBPS. It has just come on a third time. Would cleaning the EGR valve and Turbo help?

Well, typically speaking for the EBPS the tube that its connected to can also clog making the ECM set codes for EBP and EBP/MAP sensor correlation. I would try cleaning sensor and tube first, then start trouble shooting wiring and such.

I bough a new EBP sensor and tested the one installed and the new one. The one installed put out .45 volts and the new one put out .75 volts. After putting in the new one, everything runs fine. Crazy thing, this is the third EBP sensor installed. Apparently the first two were faulty.
