I just went through a similar dilemma on my F250 when trying to add the F350 double cardain drive shaft to cure vibration after a 4" lift. My truck (95 SCLB, 5spd, BW1356 TC) used 1350 joints originally on the front DS. The double cardain however was a 1330 size on the transfer case side. A conversion joint won't help you because the F250 shaft uses U-bolts while the cardain uses 4 bolts. The holes on the shaft do not align with the yoke.
Here's what I did. I hit the jy and pulled a rear yoke from a late 80's to mid 90's full size Bronco with the BW 1356 transfer case. Most I looked at had a double cardain joint on the rear shaft and the spline is the same as the front of my transfer case. Pull your old yoke off and put the Bronco one in and your driveshaft should bolt right in.
Make sure you bring a big breaker bar with you to the jy as the nut is on there REAL tight. I only had an 18" bar and it took everything I had to break it loose. If memory serves it's an 1-1/4 nut. Good luck.
Here's a fun one, anyone know/think a 1350 centering yoke in a 1350 Double cardan will have the same bolt spacing as the u-bolted yoke on the xfer case? otherwise I might just swap the yoke, if i can find one. My jy options are really slim.
