Absolutely, and I SINCERELY apologize. You're right about it being the screen name that threw me. That and I'm just generally not good at names, this one was pretty bad though. Especially since Andrew is in your signature .I'll make it up to you in beer or something at RRE.
IIRC all the way back to 2005, it has always been called 140 Aggressive. Since we don't condone or promote smoking of any kind it is not a tune we offer for "smoking" . If you want something to get you out of a hole the best the 140 Aggressive will have the best torque of all of the tunes and most ICP asked for to bring the power on quicker.
Back in 2008 when those guys got a little nervous about smoke up there in DC all of Jody tunes went under evaluation. This is when Jody started using more adjustments in ICP with his tuning. ICP helps with keeping the smoke down. Guys who complain of a touchier throttle need to understand it is ICP not timing that gives a touchier throttle.
Regardless of the EPA I am thrilled everyone is tuning Diesel's with the environment and our health in mind.
Well YOU of all people would know!
I would have to dig out my receipts, but I know it was called Smoke on my 140 tune. I think I purchased it in 2007, and it was through Dennis when he still had ITP Diesel. I do remember the drop-down had it listed as Smoke on his site, and there was also a 140 aggressive, which I didn't choose. The tune definitely DOES throw some serious smoke lol....that's why I rarely use it!

Our dealers may use different names to separate 140 E and 140A for their customers to which one they're in.

I mean blacked out 2 lanes of traffic!! So i went and bought a new spectre filter and put it on.. the difference was HUGE!!! I didnt know my truck could make this much power!!! If im doing 30 and shift to 3rd and punch it my truck breaks thr tires loose at 35!!!! Thanks again for your help guys!Ok

Have you ever cleaned the K&N filter? Looks like air restriction that should not happen with the K&N. The 'dusting' the turbo from any drop-in filter is because the lid is not on good and tight. Glad you got a new filter to let in more 'air' (dust?). Let that baby breath....
just read this thread, wish I wouldve earlier, but i just got a chip from Beans and it only smokes when I drive in the hot tune and ONLY when I put the go pedal all the way down and even then its a very little puff and then its all burnt rubber from there
...that all of these cummins/ duramax guys think that their trucks are sooooo badass because they smoke.. so my question is there anything i can do to make my truck smoke alot?
It's guys like you describe that are part of the reason we have to smog check diesels now.

Me neither. That's why I'm glad when people like us use their name as part of their screen name/user name, or when they put it in their sig.
