306 intake question

ok i have a 89 f150 with a 302 from a 1970 mustang. the block is bored .030 over it has a racing cam in it stiffer springs for the bigger cam. but it has stock heads on it and a stock intake. im running 2.73's right now but will switch to 3.55's soon. my question is what intake could i put on to get more power out of it? not really lookin for mpg's. was also wondering if i should get better heads or not i think the numbers on them are DO0E. im running a eldelbrock 600cfm carb with stock manifolds.......no pipes yet any help would be great thank you

Stock truck exhaust is a cork so you need a complete system including headers and 4.10 gears minimum.
