Good Morning Chip! (and everyone else)

It's friggin' cold outside.

We got disturbing news last night. Friends of ours had their parents down from Michigan to visit. They let them stay in their lake house so they had their privacy. Two punk kids broke in and killed them. Yes. That's the double homicide in Stone county that's on the news. Needless to say I'm a little bent with rage right now. I've met them before and these were the nicest people you would ever meet. No gun was used. Thoughts and prayers go out to the family.

I'm terribly sorry to hear that. Our prayers and condolences to your friends for their loss.

Just another example of why gun control won't change a thing. If anything, we need forced birth control to keep stupid &*^holes like that from reproducing.

Thanks everyone. All we can do now is be there for our friends. Talk about a shock to the system.

I got the upstairs bathroom clean, made Tiff some B&G for breakfast, I guess I'll put the dog out and see if I can get something done on the '52.

I got the rest of the under hood wiring done except for a few connectors I have to buy. I started working under the dash now. I heard the engine crank with the key and the headlights and park lights come on. There's still some things that aren't right that I have to figure out. There's differences between a '52 and '53 Ford, so I have to make some changes to the harness. It's all going pretty smooth, I just wish I could feel my fingers.

Well out for round 2 earlier today, hauling round bales for my old neighbor. About got stuck getting the trailer out of its parking place and then getting back into the hay field was pretty tricky sliding between a couple of gate posts.

Even worse getting out with 5 big round bales on the trailer, I was just waiting to tag a post with the side of the truck, dang mud. There is a lot of moisture in the ground cold or not, its slick once you get off the pavement.

Going with the x neighbor to Buffalo Run and Downstream Casino tomorrow.....hope to hit the jackpot. Everyone have a fun safe week end.

Good Luck, Rich!

Glad the hay run didn't cause any damage.

I took Cora for her permit test. After 7 tries, she finally passed it! Look out everyone, there's one more crazy teenager on the road.
