327 - EVP or DPFE circuit below minimum voltage

Getting -
327 - EVP or DPFE circuit below minimum voltage
in the KOEO test.
The EGR valve, position sensor, solenoid, and vacuum lines have all
been replaced. Any ideas?

check the egr tube for cracks. it will cause a lack of egr flow. sometimes the cracks are very hard to see like hairlines. youll see a little black sut around them.
