Unless it has aftermarket heads and intake you're not getting anywhere near that, and if you do it won't run on the stock computer which is not reprogrammable so you will need a different computer(mustang) and a tuner to recalibrate it. What trans does your truck have?
i know i dont have stock heads, im kinda doing this half blind, half way through my build my machinist passed away and i havent been able to find the paperwork. i know we changed out my heads and put bigger valves, bronze valve guides. i have an e40d

You need to find out what parts are in it or you're completely shooting in the dark here, setting up an engine to run on EFI is hard enough when you know what you got. The heads should have some identifying marking on them and the cam can be measured in the motor if you can't find the spec card, just need a dial gauge and a degree wheel.
As for the computer... with the E4OD you need to find a MAF truck computer, meter, and complete engine wiring harness that you can use to make a subharness to add to your truck, and then you need a tuner module, software, and laptop to dial it in.
