Love the look of those.

Anybody have experience with small kids using these. I worry a little that a foot could slip through.

I've been struggling with the same question - running boards Nerf bars?

I have the stock running boards on my 2000 Excursion but I like the look of the nerf bars. Maybe I need to take the nerf bars off my F-250 and put them on the Excursion just to see how functional they are. The stock running boards are definitely nice during the winter with all the ice & snow - I have slipped on my F-250's nerf bars more than a few times in the past.

P.S. fsmt - I couldn't get the ebay link to work. Says the item is no longer offered.

Have a dead one if you want it. It has a little chip, but would fill the hole. Send me your info if you want it.
