Wheel Identification

Hi,

Curious if these wheels I found on Craigslist are the original style alloy's the fit our OBS's? I can't even get the guy to take a closeup shot or measure lug hole to lug hole. Price seem good? The tires look shot but I do want to upgrade out of my bent up steelies.

Thanks

16 inch aluminum rims with tires(8 lugs) (stuart area)

Pretty sure these are not the factory Alcoa rims. They look like Eagle Alloys to me. They may still fit your truck though.

I wish they didn't have those 285's on them so I can determine the wheel width. I'm running stock size 235 85 16's and don't want to go to a 16"x10" wheel, at least I don't think I should. Do the Eagles have a good load rating, well enough to support the 3400 or so pound range E's?

They are Eagle's
For them to fit dodge, Chevy and ford they have to be 1 6.5 pattern so yes they will fit

Those are 16x8
Look at the pics real good. See how the center of the tread is worn more then the outer ? That's cause the tires are to wide for the rims

Thank you sir!

What do you think of the price? The tires are goners and it's the wheels I need so paying almost a hundred a wheel, is it worth it? I can buy some Dick Cepek's for about 130 a piece but that's plus tax, etc.

I'd buy them for that price but I'd offer 225-250 first

I don't do too well with bartering but at the same time I'm wondering if he thinks the tires are actually worth something. I wouldn't drive on those for more than 500 miles. So I guess that can be my leverage. I'll have to pay to un-mount the tires. Mounting new tires is my problem and my stock size tires have tons of life left in them. I did notice my outers on the fronts are getting worn faster than the rest of the treads but I haven't rotated them in probably 8 to 10 thousand miles yet. I had no alignment ever done and I've had the truck over 3 years.
