4x4 conversion

I have stumbled across an amazing 75 f350 supercab with an 8 foot box and a 460, only problem is its 2wd. Is it possible it to convert it to a 4wd? And if it is how would I do it? I'm thinkin different axels and different transfer case? Let me know what you think.

both of those are using the coilovers. im still curious of seeing one that is done with regular leaf springs to be a more factory looking way. although awesome i would like to see some different ways.

that would have been cool to see quadrazers stay dually too lol.

Find a 78/79 4x4 super cab with a trash body f 150 and f 250 4x4 supecabs used the same frame those two years and both had leave spring front axles. a stock 2wd frame is quite a bit different than the 4x4 frame from the cab forward it is completely different and behind the cab it has a different cross member for the transmission mount.
