And maybe a good RR to use if I decide to use both. I've been cruising the net and and coming up with mixed reviews on wether or not to use both. Would this bypass the stock fuel housing and regulator?
The stock fuel system is a dead head system. Basicly the fuel is fed from the front of the head and there is a plug in the back of the head that dead heads the fuel. So the #7 and #8 are last in line. And fuel will sit on top of the injectors till needed. With this type of system often the #7 and #8 injectors are starved for fuel because the ones before them use up the avalible fuel.
With a RR you remove the plugs at the back of the head and regulate the fuel return after the heads. So it keeps a good fuel pressure throughout the head.
Kind of a rough idea of what happens with the fuel system, but I'm way past my bed time, and if you need a better explanation I can go a little deeper tommrow.
Just let me know if you need more explaining on the subject.
